By submitting a name suggestion or participating in fan voting, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: Fan participation and voting are essential components of the Name The League Contest and will be given significant weight in the selection process. However, the final decision regarding the league's official name rests solely with the member teams of the Community Basketball Association, LLC, currently DBA USBL. The teams reserve the right to select any submitted name, modify submissions, or choose an alternative name at their discretion.
